Haskap frozen yoghurt

Yield: 2 portions Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 300g bag of frozen haskap
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Préparation

Combine all 4 ingredients in a food processor and puree, approximately 5 minutes. Serve immediately or transfer to an air-tight container and freeze for up to 1 month.
