Blue-pink haskap smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yoghurt to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • Frozen haskap
  • Maple syrup, honey, white sugar, brown sugar or any other sweetener.

Préparation

1- Blend all ingredients.

2- Enjoy as a snack at school or work, for breakfast or frozen in a popsicle mold. Delicious on hot summer days!
